BHARAT STARTS ASIA CUP WITH A BANG BY DEFEATING CHINA

Rajgir - Hockey Asia Cup 2025 has started from yesterday. The first match between Bharat and China was played in Rajgir, Bihar. Where Bharat has started with a bang in the Hockey Asia Cup. The Bharatiya team defeated China 4-3 in its first match. Harmanpreet Singh scored 3 goals from Bharat's side.

In the third quarter, the score of both the teams was equal at 3-3. After this, Bharat showed excellent performance in the fourth and last quarter and took a lead of 4-3 over the Chinese team which remained till the end.

China scored a goal in the first quarter of the match. After the first quarter, Bharat was trailing 0-1. But in the second quarter, India made a great comeback and scored two goals within two minutes to take a 2-1 lead over China. Bharat was leading till half time. In the third quarter, Bharat scored another goal and took a 3-1 lead over China. After this, the Chinese players showed excellent performance and equalized Bharat's score by scoring two goals one after the other. After the third quarter, both the teams were equal at 3-3.
