
- This international Football Camp in Mumbai is from the 5th of December to 9th of December and 25 children between 7-14 years will participate
- Football legend Lothar Matthäus kicks off the 5-day event in Mumbai today
- Coach from Borussia Dortmund, Germany to conduct the camp for the participating children
- The camp is an initiative under the Indo-German Football Cooperation which focuses amongst others on grassroots, youth development and coach the coaches’ initiatives
- The camp is organized by the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) with the support of Borussia Dortmund, Evonik, Puma, and Western India Football Association
- IGCC has extended this opportunity to some financially underprivileged children who will get professional coaching via the camp
- More than 40 local coaches will experience coach the coaches’ sessions for free on Thursday and Friday
