Vigilance Awareness week is being observed over Central Railway from 27th October to 2nd November 2020.
Central Railway is conducting various activities with zeal and enthusiasm to achieve the Chief Vigilance Commission’s objective to eliminate corruption in public life.
The Vigilance Awareness Week began with administering the “Integrity Pledge” to the staff and officers by Shri Sanjeev Mittal, General Manager, Central Railway.
The second day featured an Online Seminar by the Railway Board. Shri V.K. Yadav, Chairman & CEO, Railway Board, Shri Sanjay Kothari, Central Vigilance Commissioner of India, Other Railway Board Members and Senior Vigilance Officers attended the Seminar.
Shri S.K. Pankaj, Senior Deputy General Manager & Chief Vigilance Officer and Other Vigilance Officers of Central Railway also participated in the Seminar.
On the second day of Vigilance Awareness Week 2020, the following events were organised over Central Railway with “Vigilant India, Prosperous India” theme.
1. Staff Grievances Redressal Camp at Nashik Road Workshop
2. Online quiz competition at zonal level
3. Hindi Essay Competition at Conference Hall, Pune Division
4. Debate Competition-Parel Workshop
5. Slogan Competition at Conference Hall, Bhusaval
