Bangalore - Bangalore city witnessed the launch of 1 Kids Carnival at 1MG Lido Mall, a one of its kind fun and learning based weekend activity programme for kids on the 27th of April.
The mall management planned to make celebrities out of the kids by giving them chance to inaugurate and kick off the Carnival in a grand manner. In line with this, a group of kids got the opportunity to unveil the “five monuments” measuring 6ft each to mark the beginning of the carnival. These five monuments: Taj Mahal, Pyramids of Giza, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Colosseum, and the Eiffel Tower, depict “the world within 1MG”.
The mall management has initiated this month-long weekend activity and fun programme for kids with an objective to make the kids feel special. Starting from 1 st May through 30 th of May, the Carnival has been designed keeping in mind the kids' summer vacation period.
This is going to be a great opportunity for kids to not only to learn something new, but also to experience grandeur while at it.
Each week marks special activities. There is an Arts & Crafts themed week, in which kids will get a chance to indulge in activities like; learning modern art & painting, designing greeting cards, and storytelling. Likewise, kids will get a chance to participate in Mom & Kid fashion show competition, take part in Puppet Shows, do Face Painting, get Tattoo done and much more. Each contestant will receive a certificate from the mall authority for their participation. Parents can also take part and win goodies in this Carnival. Every weekend will offer different fun based learning and entertainment activities for kids and parents alike.
The Carnival is also seeing collaboration and support from some premium brands like Kara4kids, Radisson Bangalore City Centre, Ecolac, Girias Children Explorium, and Miniso who has recently launched their new store on the first floor. “The registration was overwhelming; we have parents pouring in to register their kids. This is going to be an exciting month for us.
