ZEE CINEMA UNLEASHES THE POWER OF MARTIAL ARTS AND YOGA WITH ‘KUNG FU YOGA’ ON 23rd NOVEMBER AT 9PM

November 22, 2017

Lo and Behold! Kung Fu King Jackie Chan along with Sonu Sood is all set to enthrall you with his kicks and punches as he makes his way to India. Zee Cinema, Home of Blockbuster Movies Premieres Kung Fu Yoga on 23rd November at 9pm. Directed by Stanley Tong and produced by Jackie Chan himself, Kung Fu Yoga is the perfect blend of martial arts and Yoga.

Bringing together the best of two worlds, India and China, along with Jackie Chan, the film also stars some popular Bollywood faces – Sonu Sood and Disha Patani. In fact, Amyra Dastur will also be seen as a supporting actor in the movie. What more? Kung Fu Yoga has some foot tapping Indo-Chinese music and even features a glimpse of Jackie Chan grooving to Bollywood music along with his co-stars from the movie.

Commenting on the film’s premiere on Zee Cinema, actor Sonu Sood said, “I will always remember the whole experience of Kung Fu Yoga, from the promotions to the shoot schedule. The entire team, with Jackie Chan as a co-actor, bonded so well that while we were not shooting, we missed working with each other. At 5:30-6:00 in the morning when the temperature was -10 degrees in Beijing, Jackie Chan’s stunt crew would come to teach us martial arts and then we would practice it for hours and hours.  I learnt a little bit of Chinese from Jackie Chan and he learnt a little Hindi from us. I would urge all the viewers to watch Kung Fu Yoga on Zee Cinema on Thursday, 23rd November 2017 at 9PM to relive the action packed moments with us.”

Kung Fu Yoga is the story of two archeology professors Jack (Jackie Chan) and Ashmita (Disha) as they embark on a mission to locate India’s lost Magadha treasure in Tibet. During their treasure hunt, Jack and Ashmita are attacked by Randall (Sonu Sood), the descendent of a rebel army leader who holds them captive. As their adventure kicks-off, it takes them from an icy cave in Tibet to luxurious Dubai, ultimately bringing them to a mountain temple in Mumbai, with a diamond as the key to help them unlock the real treasure.

Will Jack and Ashmita find the true treasure? Or will Randall be successful at keeping them away from it?

Tune in to Zee Cinema to watch the mystery unfold with the Television Premier of Kung Fu Yoga on Thursday, 23rd November at 9pm
